THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO RESEARCH LITHIUM RESOURCES AND EXPAND KNOWLEDGE OF LITHIUM BRINES IN NEVADA; DETERMINE THE RECOVERABILITY OF LITHIUM FROM BRINES; IDENTIFY THE INTERSECTION OF SENSITIVE ECO- SYSTEMS WITH LITHIUM DEPOSITS; AND IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE RESOURCES NEEDED FOR SUSTAINABLE LITHIUM EXTRACTION. THIS WORK WILL IMPROVE LITHIUM RESOURCE ESTIMATES IN NEVADA WITH AN UP-TO-DATE AGGREGATION OF AVAILABLE INFORMATION INTO A NEW RESOURCE ESTIMATE BUILDING ON WHAT IS AVAILABLE FROM THE NEVADA BUREAU OF MINES AND GEOLOGY (NBMG) AND THE NEVADA DIVISION OF MINERALS (DOM).
