THIS ASSISTING FEDERAL FACILITIES WITH ENERGY CONSERVATION TECHNOLOGIES (AFFECT) AWARD FUNDING WILL SUPPORT A REGIONAL ANALYSIS OF ELECTRICITY PROCUREMENT STRATEGIES FOR 51 U.S. DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS ACROSS THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE.
