THE CITIES, FLINT, DETROIT, OAKLAND, AND LOS ANGELES, HAVE A SIGNIFICANT DISADVANTAGED POPULATION AND HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT. THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL BUILD UPON EXISTING TRAINING TO DEVELOP AN ENTRY-LEVEL STATE-OF-THE-ART EVSE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (OM) TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION. THE EVSE SERVICE PRE-APPRENTICESHIP WILL EXPAND ACCESS TO CAREER-TRACK TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN EVSE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE WORK FOR A DIVERSIFIED PIPELINE OF INDIVIDUALS.
