WE PROPOSE TO EXTEND THESE ACHIEVEMENTS WITHIN THIS PROJECT BY ADDING CHARACTERIZATION CAPABILITY AND MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE TO PRODUCE CONSISTENT AND ROBUST FILMS.
